Eleven Madison Park looks across Madison Square Park from a historic Art Deco building at East 24th Street and Madison Avenue. Chef Daniel Humm’s restaurant builds seasonal menus around produce grown for the kitchen at Magic Farms in upstate New York. The tasting menu offers choices for selected courses, including the option to dine entirely plant-based. Alongside vegetable-led dishes, selected fish and meat preparations have returned, including the restaurant’s honey-lavender-glazed duck. The main dining room serves the full tasting experience, while the bar offers its own tasting menu and à la carte snacks with wine or cocktails. These different formats allow the restaurant’s seasonal cooking to be explored at several lengths.
