Chef-owner Krishantha Suranjith brings European experience to a kitchen that also draws on Sri Lankan and Southeast Asian flavours. Fish comes from the local market, and the daily selection lets diners discuss the catch, its size and how they would like it prepared. Come with an open mind about species rather than expecting a particular fish. This is a straightforward, personal seafood meal in the Fort, with the day’s landing doing much of the talking.
