Elsa Marcel Ravin is the intimate seaside restaurant at Monte-Carlo Beach, just beyond Monaco in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Its blue-toned dining room draws on 1930s design and underwater forms, while the terrace opens directly towards the Mediterranean. Chefs Marcel Ravin and Domenico D'Antonio shape the Jardin Marin concept, combining seafood with vegetables and other produce from the land. Ravin's Martinique heritage informs his respect for maritime culture, and the kitchen follows seasonal sourcing with seafood selected through the Mister Goodfish programme. The restaurant operates seasonally as part of the hotel's coastal dining collection.
