Ember at DoubleTree by Hilton Minsk centres its menu on the grill, with meat, seafood and wine carrying much of the restaurant's character. Dry-aged Black Angus is matured in the restaurant's own chambers, while rib-eye and T-bone cuts sit alongside a dedicated fish and seafood offer. A stone oven adds Italian flatbreads to the range. The wine selection runs to more than 300 labels from Old and New World producers. The associated Vino & Vino shop allows bottles to be bought for takeaway or enjoyed in the restaurant under its corkage arrangement. In warmer weather, the seventh-floor Ember VII Heaven terrace adds an outdoor setting above Minsk.
