Ember VII Heaven is the seventh-floor terrace of Ember at DoubleTree by Hilton Minsk, placing outdoor dining above the city. Its menu follows the restaurant's focus on grilled meat and seafood, with dry-aged Black Angus prepared from cuts matured in Ember's own chambers. Rib-eye and T-bone steaks are part of that approach. Fish and seafood provide a different route through the menu, while a wine collection of more than 300 labels spans Old and New World regions. Brunches, themed evenings and performances give the terrace a social programme alongside its food, with the elevated setting defining the experience.
