Enoteca is a restaurant and wine bar on Main Street in Ketchum, opened in 2012. A large wood-fired oven and open kitchen shape its Italian-influenced cooking, with pizzas and pasta made in-house. Small plates include bacon-wrapped dates baked in the oven and burrata with roasted tomatoes, pesto and focaccia. The menu extends beyond pizza to Idaho trout, duck confit risotto, rack of lamb and squid-ink prawn linguine. Pizza combinations range from spicy coppa and honey to grapes, gorgonzola and caramelised onions. Desserts such as chocolate budino, panna cotta and affogato continue the Italian thread, while the wine-bar identity makes drinks a natural part of the meal.
