Enra Restaurant looks across Majuro’s lagoon from the Marshall Islands Resort in Delap. Its spacious dining room and dockside tables offer two ways to enjoy the waterfront, with breakfast, lunch and dinner drawing on local and international cooking. Daily specials range from beef bulgogi and buttery garlic shrimp to chef Roden’s signature pork belly. Other plates combine fried chicken with lumpia, pancit and a Marshallese doughnut, reflecting the menu’s varied influences. A pizza menu and Sunday brunch add further choices, while the adjoining bar pours cocktails and wines, including bottles from New Zealand and America.
