Opening onto Le Bristol Paris’s garden, Epicure gives contemporary French cooking a formal and beautifully composed setting. Chef Arnaud Faye draws on regional food traditions and close relationships with artisanal producers, giving vegetables a prominent role in menus that follow the seasons. The six- and eight-course tasting formats allow the kitchen’s ideas to develop across a leisurely meal, with colour, freshness and precision running through the progression. The garden outlook brings a softer note to the polished dining room on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Lunch offers a daylight view of that setting, while dinner lends itself to an evening centred entirely on the table.
