Eska’s Karlín bakery combines breadmaking with a daytime kitchen and a shop in Prague’s Pernerova street. Its bread 33 is a signature product, accompanied by sweet pastries, pies and other baked goods. Local ingredients also shape breakfasts and lunches, with breakfast available well into the day. The business began in 2015 as a restaurant with a bakery, exploring techniques such as cooking over fire and fermentation. Following a renovation in 2023, Eska continued on the ground floor with brunch and farm goods, while the separate Štangl tasting restaurant opened upstairs. Visitors can eat at Eska or take bread and provisions away.
