Ever is chef Curtis Duffy’s tasting-menu restaurant on West Fulton Street in Chicago. The single menu runs to eight to ten courses, bringing together seafood, meat and seasonal vegetables with fruits, grains, seeds and nuts. Duffy’s focus on ingredients shapes a carefully paced meal of around two and a half hours. Lawton Stanley Architects designed the dining room, with a separate private space for smaller groups. Wine pairings are available, alongside bottles and wines by the glass, classic cocktails and a limited beer selection. After, the more informal bar next door, provides a separate setting for drinks before or after dinner.
