Opened in 2015, Factoría Hotel brings a small-scale, design-led stay to Dr Francisco Morra in Asunción. Its four-storey building contains 15 rooms and two lofts overlooking the garden, with individual accommodation names including Ofelia, Venancio and Bernardino. The Bernardino family loft offers 82 square metres, garden views and a bathtub. Courtyards, gardens, libraries and a private wine cellar create places to linger beyond the rooms. A swimming pool and gym add facilities for a longer stay. Dining at Ofelia uses regional ingredients in contemporary cooking, while the hotel's distinctive Salón Rojo provides another expression of its layered interiors. Spaces also accommodate business meetings and social gatherings.
