Toscana is the main restaurant at The Farmington Hotel, beside the Farmington River in Robertsfield and opposite Roberts International Airport. Breakfast combines a French pastry corner with eggs cooked to order and tropical fruit, including local pineapple and seasonal mango. Croissants, cannelés, financiers and homemade baguettes give the bakery offering a distinct emphasis. Lunch and dinner buffets draw together Liberian dishes, Middle Eastern cooking and food from India, Europe and America. Smaller groups can book Sokyu, the adjoining 40-seat restaurant, for private meals, while the hotel's lounge and pool bars provide separate drinks settings.
