Finestra at Solaire Resort Entertainment City combines Italian cooking with views of the pool and Manila Bay. Chef Andrea Spagoni leads a contemporary kitchen whose range extends from handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza to marbled steaks and seasonal specialities. A wine collection draws on Italy's regions. House signatures include tuna tartare, beef carpaccio, lasagne, mushroom risotto and whisky steak, with tiramisu prepared at the table. Dinner can be accompanied by live piano or a small ensemble, while Sunday Brunchissimo offers a different format. Venetian-inspired aperitivo, cicchetti and a grappa selection add further expressions of Italian dining, with a private room available for smaller gatherings.
