Fish Bar overlooks the Pacific from Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay, with fresh seafood, the daily catch and grilled steaks at the centre of its menu. Chef Ritesh Kumar brings local flavours into the cooking, accompanied by cocktails using Fijian spirits, local beers and a curated wine selection. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, with sunset views making the evening setting particularly distinctive. A sea-salt dining experience explores locally produced seawater salts, while private cabana dinners provide a more secluded option. Families are welcome and a children’s menu is available, although the adjacent infinity pool is reserved for adults.
