FiveFive, now styled FiveFive Rooftop Bar & Lounge, occupies the 14th floor of Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. Indoor and outdoor spaces overlook the Royal Palace and the meeting of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers, giving the bar an unusually broad view of the capital. The cocktail programme plays with familiar classics through local, elevated and non-alcoholic variations. Food is designed for sharing, with bar snacks ranging from crab cakes and scallop ceviche to grilled meats. The combination of smaller plates and several cocktail interpretations makes the venue as much a place for drinks and conversation as for a meal.
