Floret Lounge Bar is part of InterContinental Sofia, offering an evening setting for drinks, lighter meals and sharing dishes. Its menu combines Bulgarian produce with familiar international preparations, from local cheeses and cured pork to seafood starters and substantial sandwiches. A sheep’s-cheese mousse and Bulgarian cured pork sit alongside beef carpaccio and squid with tarama. The Floret burger uses Bulgarian Black Angus beef, while an open-faced steak sandwich is made with beef from local suppliers. Cheese platters, cocktails and other drinks allow a meal to take a more informal shape. The lounge can also host private gatherings and events, with regular service from Tuesday to Saturday.
