FnB
Arizona

FnB occupies historic Craftsman Court in downtown Scottsdale, where chef Charleen Badman’s seasonal cooking puts Arizona-grown vegetables prominently on the menu. The restaurant opened in 2009, and its dishes change with the produce arriving from local farms, sometimes from week to week. Badman’s food uses influences from beyond the region while retaining that local foundation. A defining early dish paired braised leeks with mozzarella, mustard, breadcrumbs and an egg, illustrating how an everyday vegetable can become the focus of a plate. Co-owner and beverage director Pavle Milic gives Arizona wine a similarly strong presence. The wine programme also includes rotating international selections and educational Sunday School tastings.
