Fork is on North Eighth Street in downtown Boise, with a menu shaped by its Loyal to Local sourcing pledge. Boise and Northwest farmers, ranchers, bakers and cheesemakers supply many key ingredients, and the same regional approach extends to drinks and the restaurant’s restored historic setting. The food combines American comfort dishes with local detail. Idaho rainbow trout comes from Hagerman, the Urban Burger uses a Wagyu blend on an Idaho potato bun, and warm butter cake is served with Cloverleaf ice cream. Vegetable dishes, salads, pasta and braised short ribs broaden the selection. Weekend brunch adds another service alongside lunch and dinner.
