Gilles & Boissier worked with Philip Hazan on the hotel interiors, combining contemporary materials, natural light and city views. The 169 rooms and suites sit above a third-floor social space containing Marcus restaurant, a terrace, lounge and bar. Guerlain Spa offers treatments and Kneipp hydrotherapy, with a couples' suite among its treatment rooms. A skylit indoor pool has an upstream current generator, while the sauna and steam room extend the wellness facilities. The fitness centre, designed by Harley Pasternak, looks over Rue de la Montagne. Seasonal outdoor terrace dining connects the hotel's public spaces with Montreal's city life.
