Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans

Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans occupies a landmark modernist tower at the foot of Canal Street, overlooking the Mississippi River. Completed in 1968 to Edward Durell Stone’s design, the compass-shaped building now houses rooms and suites alongside art that reflects the city’s culture. The French Quarter and Warehouse District are close by. A fifth-floor deck holds a 23-metre crescent-shaped pool, a spa tub and private cabanas, with the river in view. Dining includes Miss River’s Louisiana cooking and Chemin à la Mer’s steaks, oysters and Gulf seafood. Chandelier Bar serves New Orleans cocktails beneath a crystal installation. A spa, gym and upper-floor observation deck add further dimensions to the stay.
