Freya serves multi-course dinners on East Grand Boulevard in Detroit, with an approach that combines precise cooking with an informal welcome. Rather than expecting every diner to follow one fixed path, its five-course menu has omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan versions. A separate nine-course chef's tasting focuses on the dishes the team is most excited to cook. That longer menu is currently for omnivores and cannot be modified, making the five-course option the more flexible choice for different diets. There is also a limited à la carte service for smaller parties on selected evenings, offering another way to experience the kitchen without committing to the full tasting format.
