Gallada occupies the rooftop of The Peninsula Istanbul in Karaköy, with views across the Bosphorus and Historic Peninsula. Chef Fatih Tutak’s cooking follows a Turk-Asian approach inspired by the Silk Road and the trading routes that connected Eurasian food cultures. The menu combines Turkish heritage with Asian ingredients and techniques, offered through a dinner menu and a separate journey menu. Indoor and outdoor spaces provide different dining settings above the waterfront. Sharing plates and seasonal cocktails are part of the restaurant’s format, while the adjacent Topside Bar explores drinks inspired by maritime journeys.
