Dining at Gangtey Lodge combines Bhutanese food with regional influences and familiar Western dishes. The kitchen uses seasonal produce grown in Bhutan's valleys and ingredients from the lodge's own grounds, with menus adapted to individual tastes and dietary needs. The main lodge has leather sofas, handwoven carpeting and two large stone fireplaces for meals and drinks. A traditional woodshed below the lodge offers a private dining setting overlooking the Gangtey Valley, while the outdoor terrace provides another place to sit above the landscape.
