Garden of Eden is a Thai restaurant and lounge bar on Virolastraat in Paramaribo's Uitvlugt district. Thai chefs prepare meals that can be eaten in a tropical garden or inside the decorated house. The restaurant encourages sharing dishes to balance bitter, salty, sour, hot and sweet flavours across a meal. Six- and nine-dish sharing menus sit alongside à la carte choices. Preparations include green mango salad with coconut and peanuts, prawn soup with lemongrass, chicken green curry and prawns with tamarind sauce. The Buddha's Table provides a vegetable-focused selection including sweetcorn fritters, tofu with pineapple and cashews, and green curry with crispy tempeh.
