GINZA KOSO specialises in Japanese Black Wagyu, exploring beef through raw preparations, cooked dishes and complete seasonal courses. Set on the eighth floor of the Ginza 888 Building, it offers an intimate setting above one of Tokyo’s best-known shopping districts. Salted beef tartare, beef sushi and a combination of sea urchin and tartare are among the signatures. Wine and sake are chosen to accompany the cooking, while lunch provides another way to experience the restaurant. Counter seats, private rooms and a lounge offer different ways to dine. A golf simulator and private karaoke rooms extend an evening beyond the meal. The restaurant welcomes guests aged 20 and over.
