Grand Cafe sits on Lenin Street in central Minsk, with a menu that moves between European restaurant classics and Belarusian breakfast dishes. Quail eggs with draniki and potato dumplings with bacon and porcini bring a local accent to the morning selection. Later meals have a broader range, from shrimp and eel carpaccio to foie gras and chicken-liver pâté.
