Grand Coastal’s restaurant is at Le Ressouvenir on Demerara’s East Coast. Local ingredients and Guyanese cooking sit alongside international dishes, with breakfast and à la carte dining complemented by a weekly Flavours of Guyana buffet. Recent selections have included goat curry, snapper with mango and okra, pigeon-pea cook-up rice, pholouri and paratha roti. Sunday brunch combines egg and bread stations with seasonal fruit, pancakes and savoury dishes. The bar brings local flavours into drinks such as tamarind rum sour made with El Dorado rum. Families are welcome, with highchairs available, and the kitchen also offers collection and delivery for meals away from the hotel.
