Grand Hyatt occupies part of the Maike Centre, whose linked towers make a striking addition to Xi’an’s modern skyline. Rooms favour contemporary comfort, and the indoor pool and fitness facilities provide space to unwind after a day out. The hotel is in the high-tech district, close to parks and business addresses, rather than beside the Bell Tower. It is a good fit when architecture and a modern urban setting matter more than an old-city location.
