Graycliff Restaurant

Graycliff Restaurant preserves the feeling of a private house within Nassau’s historic Graycliff Hotel. Dinner begins in the high-ceilinged parlour, where guests can have a cocktail and consider the menu before moving to one of four dining rooms or the garden dining area. The cooking combines continental and Bahamian traditions, while rooms such as the Library and Gallery recall the building’s domestic past. The wine cellar is part of the experience, with private dinners available there for smaller groups. Wine luncheons include a sommelier-led cellar tour and five courses with matched wines. Afternoon tea adds another format, bringing a Bahamian twist to the British tradition.
