Hawane Resort’s restaurant serves African fusion cooking in the northern highlands near Malolotja. Its menu draws on dishes from across the continent, with spiced and vegetarian choices, complemented by selected South African wines and spirits. The dining room is distinctive for its thatch, intertwined timber and large central fireplace. A lower glazed porch brings light into the space and offers another seating area. This combination of highland lodge architecture and varied African cooking makes the restaurant an integral part of Hawane’s chalet resort, rather than a separate urban dining venue.
