Hemingways Nairobi is an all-suite hotel in Karen, set among gardens with views of the Ngong Hills. Its 45 suites range from ground-floor accommodation with private garden terraces to larger residences with living and dining rooms, kitchens or kitchenettes. The 80-square-metre Deluxe Suites include walk-in wardrobes and marble bathrooms. The Brasserie serves Josper-grilled steaks, house-made pasta and seasonal seafood, while afternoon tea takes place on the terrace. A glass-enclosed wine cellar provides a smaller setting for private tasting menus. The hotel also arranges experiences including Nairobi National Park safaris, visits to the Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Centre, and Swahili cooking classes.
