Hewing Hotel occupies the Andrews Building, an 1897 warehouse in Minneapolis's North Loop. Exposed pine and cedar, ironwork, brick and Faribault wool retain the character of its industrial surroundings, while custom Nordic wallpaper and original beams distinguish the rooms. A wood-burning fire anchors the lobby bar. The rooftop combines skyline views with a sauna and spa pool available throughout the year; access is reserved for registered hotel guests aged 21 and over. Tullibee, the hotel's restaurant, follows a Nordic approach to wood-fired cooking, local sourcing, foraging and butchery.
