Hilton Guiyang’s restaurant collection moves between international cooking, Japanese dishes and Chinese fine dining. KitchenCraft is the all-day venue, with live cooking stations, a dessert station and space for families and private meals. Akari adds sushi, teppanyaki and tatami dining rooms, offering a more focused Japanese meal. Qingya is the hotel’s Chinese fine dining restaurant. The Residence takes a lighter approach as a café and patisserie, with pastries and food to take away as well as a lounge setting. The collection is based in the Guanshanhu business district, near Guanshanhu Park.
