Hong serves Chinese cooking on the second floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, overlooking the hotel's leisure-club swimming pool. The menu combines familiar Chinese dishes with a wide choice of preparations, allowing a meal to move from small plates to larger dishes for the table. Dim sum, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan beef and sweet-and-sour prawns are among the dishes described by the Michelin Guide. These give the cooking several different textures and levels of heat, from delicate steamed parcels to roast duck and more assertive wok dishes. A dedicated dim sum menu adds another route through the restaurant's offering.
