On Giudecca Island, Hotel Cipriani offers a seasonal Venetian retreat with private gardens and a broad swimming pool, a short hotel-launch journey from St Mark’s Square. Opened in 1958, it retains the social glamour that first drew film stars and international travellers across the lagoon. Rooms and suites take their cues from Venetian decorative traditions, with selected accommodation looking over the water. Oro explores Venetian gastronomy in interiors redesigned by Peter Marino, while the Dior Spa adds a contemporary approach to wellbeing.
