Hotel Donaldson
North Dakota

Hotel Donaldson occupies a restored historic building at Broadway and First Avenue in downtown Fargo. Its present boutique identity followed a three-year renovation completed in 2003. Each of the 17 rooms is arranged around a single regional artist’s work, bringing paintings and other pieces into the accommodation itself. The hotel’s ground-floor dining is now Blarney Stone, serving scratch-made Irish dishes and American favourites with an extensive draft beer and whiskey selection. Private gathering spaces include a boardroom and lounges. Sky Prairie provides a seasonal rooftop setting above the city, extending the property’s role in Fargo’s dining and nightlife.
