Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo occupies a Belle Époque building in the Carré d'Or, first inaugurated in 1886. Jacques Garcia's interiors shape its rooms and suites, including 45 redesigned in 2025. The property brings several named designers together: Karl Lagerfeld created the Odyssey pool setting, while Didier Gomez designed the Japanese restaurant Yoshi. Spa Metropole by Guerlain opened in 2025, offering treatments alongside a heat experience and Technogym fitness facilities. Odyssey is reserved for hotel guests and club members, with Mediterranean poolside cooking by Christophe Cussac. His restaurant Les Ambassadeurs provides the hotel's principal gastronomic dining experience, complemented by Yoshi and the Lobby Bar.
