The former Hotel Skt. Petri now operates as 1 Hotel Copenhagen, a reimagined city retreat on Krystalgade at the meeting point of the Latin Quarter and the historic centre. Its design uses timber, locally sourced materials and naturally coloured clay finishes to bring a quieter, nature-inspired character to the building. Rooms range from compact inward-facing spaces to garden and skyline categories, with selected rooms and suites adding balconies or terraces. Connecting arrangements give families and groups more flexibility. PÆRE provides dining and a bar within the hotel, while Bamford Wellness Spa and the gym support time away from the streets. The location makes the surrounding cafés, shops and historic sights an easy part of the stay.
