Huang Ting is the Cantonese restaurant at The Peninsula Beijing, near Wangfujing. Its interior recreates the courtyard style of a traditional Beijing nobleman’s home, linking the dining room’s setting with the hotel’s wider interest in Chinese craftsmanship. The menu brings together Cantonese delicacies, dim sum and Beijing specialities. Roast goose and Beijing duck sit within that regional repertoire, alongside more delicate dishes suited to a dim sum meal. An adjoining Tea Lounge extends the experience, with Ming Dynasty-era tables and parasols creating a palace-inspired setting. Traditional snacks and a broad selection of Chinese teas make it a separate place to pause before or after dining.
