Distrito Recoleta brings rooftop food and cocktails to Hub Hotel Asunción. Its terrace opens to wide city views, with chairs, armchairs and loungers arranged beside the hotel's infinity pool. The setting makes the changing light over Asunción part of an evening at the bar. The menu spans cheese and charcuterie boards, smoked-salmon salad, sandwiches and hot dishes such as breaded calamari and Chaco beef-rib quesadillas. Desserts include dulce de leche churros. A signature cocktail, El Señor de la Noche, combines Paraguayan rum, Chaco honey syrup and lemon with a tobacco aroma inspired by Guaraní mythology.
