IGNIV Bad Ragaz is the original home of Andreas Caminada's sharing concept, established at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz in 2015. Its name means nest in Romansh, and the meal follows that communal idea: dishes arrive for the table to share rather than as a conventional sequence of individual plates. Chef Joël Ellenberger has led the kitchen since 2022, having previously worked with the concept at Badrutt's Palace and as sous chef at Schloss Schauenstein. The restaurant combines creative cooking with an informal approach to the table, allowing guests to explore several flavours together. Ellenberger continues to lead the kitchen for the restaurant's return following the resort's renovation.
