InAzia, also styled In Asia, is the Asian restaurant at Hilton Dushanbe on Ayni Street. Its cooking spans Vietnam, Thailand, China and Indonesia, with wok dishes and live stations offering tempura, barbecue and grilled food. The menu is designed to allow several dishes to be shared at the table. The repertoire includes Vietnamese seafood rolls, prawn tempura, tom yum and chicken laksa, alongside Thai curries and stir-fries.
