Inkaterra La Casona occupies a sixteenth-century manor house on Cusco's Plaza de las Nazarenas. Its 11 suites surround a central patio, while colonial furniture, pre-Columbian textiles and original murals preserve the layers of the building's history. A five-year restoration retained its stone walls, exposed beams and original architecture. Each suite has a fireplace, heated floors and a large bathtub, with Plaza, Balcón and Patio categories offering different layouts. Marble bathrooms add twin basins and separate showers. The dining room uses locally sourced products, and the Yacu therapy room follows the same approach in bespoke treatments. Cobblestone streets outside place the hotel within Cusco's historic centre.
