InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City
China

InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City places guests above Chaotianmen Square, where the Yangtze and Jialing rivers meet. The hotel is part of Moshe Safdie’s sail-inspired Raffles City development, with 380 rooms and suites looking across the waterways and Chongqing’s densely built skyline. The Crystal, a horizontal structure linking the towers, gives the hotel some of its most distinctive public spaces. SHUA Sky Terrace Restaurant Bar includes a transparent viewing deck overlooking the city and both rivers. A heated indoor pool on the 43rd floor faces the Yangtze, extending that outlook into time spent swimming. Large event rooms with river-facing windows and an outdoor balcony make the property a substantial venue for meetings and celebrations.
