Jacaranda is the all-day restaurant at the Lusaka property now known as The Pamodzi Hotel. Its bistro-style à la carte cooking spans European and American dishes, Indian cuisine and local Zambian food, with breakfast and plated meals for events also part of the offering. The restaurant sits within the Church Road hotel, alongside Marula Bar. Its broad approach allows a meal to follow either international favourites or regional cooking, while the hotel’s conference and gathering spaces bring larger groups to the dining room.
