Jardin de Asia
Bolivia
Jardín de Asia now occupies the 28th floor of Green Tower in Santa Cruz, with panoramic views accompanying its Asian dining concept. A substantial wooden entrance, made by artisans, introduces an interior shaped by natural materials, marble textures and timber partitions. These divide the rooms while retaining a sense of openness. Murals named Nirinsou de Kamikochi depict the white flowers associated with spring in Japan. The restaurant's familiar Ajakai decorative elements also appear in the renewed space, carrying part of its earlier identity into the move. Operated within the Los Tajibos restaurant collection, Jardín de Asia gives its established concept a new elevated setting.
