Jiangnan Wok - Shangri-La Nanjing
Jiangsu

Jiangnan Wok specialises in Huaiyang cuisine at Shangri-La Nanjing, with seasonal menus drawing on the cooking traditions of the region. Its first-floor location includes sixteen private dining rooms, allowing meals to take the form of family gatherings or more formal group occasions. The signatures show the range of the kitchen’s braising and regional preparations. Jinling salted duck appears alongside Huaiyang-style eel in brown sauce, black marbled pork and duck stuffed with abalone and glutinous rice. A fish-head preparation combines abalone and sea cucumber in a Buddha Jumps over the Wall-style dish. These named dishes give the restaurant a stronger regional identity than a general hotel Chinese menu.
