Jin Jing Ge at Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou explores Su Bang cuisine, the city’s culinary tradition associated with delicacy, seasonality and natural sweetness. Executive Chinese chef Charles Zhang brings experience of Jiangsu and Zhejiang cooking to menus that use local produce while reconsidering regional dishes. The restaurant offers multi-course tasting menus as well as a lunch built around signature dim sum. Seven private dining rooms accommodate groups of four to sixteen, with views that vary between the spaces. Together with the main dining room, they provide several settings for meals that keep Suzhou’s ingredients and culinary heritage at the centre.
