JW Kitchen is the international restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan on Beijing Middle Road in Jinfeng District. Its menu combines global dishes with a particular interest in Asian flavours, offered through à la carte cooking and seasonal buffet selections. Live cooking and an open-kitchen format make the preparation part of the dining experience. The restaurant connects to an outdoor garden used for summer barbecues, music and other seasonal gatherings.
