Kalai is the main restaurant at David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa, set upstairs in the lodge on the Zambian bank of the Zambezi. Its cooking combines traditional dishes with Afro-Arabian influences, offering both buffet and à la carte meals. The dining room provides a more structured setting than the lodge’s riverside bar and terrace. Down by the water, Gwembe Terrace and the sun deck offer lunch, cocktails and views across the Zambezi, giving guests another way to spend time around a meal.
